Award reflects 12th consecutive year Mack has been recognized for outstanding customer service in the $101 million to $500 million revenue category

SAN DIEGO, FEBRUARY 14, 2017: Mack Technologies Inc., a leading provider of electronic manufacturing services, was awarded Circuits Assembly magazine’s highest overall Service Excellence Award for the $101 million to $500 million in revenue category at the 2017 annual IPC APEX show held in San Diego today. This is the twelfth consecutive year that Mack has been recognized by Circuits Assembly as a leader in customer satisfaction and service for Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) providers.

Circuits Assembly solicits direct feedback from entrants’ customers through an independent third party which compiles competition results. Service Excellence Awards (SEAs) are awarded to companies that demonstrate excellence in five critical categories:

  • Quality
  • Technology
  • Dependability
  • Responsiveness
  • Value for Price

“We are honored to win the Service Excellence top honor in our category as the award demonstrate Mack’s commitment to exceeding customer expectations,” said Will Kendall, President of Mack Technologies.  “Mack continually strives to create a company culture of providing world class customer support and execution. Being honored by Circuits Assembly for 12 years in a row demonstrates consistent performance and our commitment to supporting our customers.  I would like to thank our customers for the continued business and trust they place with Mack Technologies. I would also like to extend my gratitude to the entire Mack Technologies team for consistently focusing on supporting our customers.”

This is the 25th year Circuits Assembly has sponsored the awards program, and Mack Technologies’ twelfth year of participation.
