Sweep of all five award categories spotlights Mack’s continued commitment to customer satisfaction and quality
WESTFORD, MA – April 6, 2021: Circuits Assembly magazine presented Mack Technologies five Service Excellence Awards (SEA) for electronic manufacturing services providers (EMS) with annual revenue between $101 and $500 million during a virtual awards ceremony. Based on direct customer feedback, Circuits Assembly declared Mack the winner in each distinct service category: Dependability/Timely Delivery, Manufacturing Quality, Responsiveness, Technology, and Value. These awards mark the sixteenth consecutive year that Circuits Assembly’s SEAs have recognized Mack Technologies as a leading provider of contract electronics manufacturing services.

The SEAs evaluate customer feedback in five distinct categories. An independent third party tabulates the results, and Circuits Assembly gives awards to EMS companies in each of four different revenue tiers. This is the twenty-ninth year of the awards program, and Mack Technologies’ sixteenth year of participation.
