Recognition marks 21st consecutive year of Mack winning Service Excellence Awards
WESTFORD, MA – October 1, 2026: Mack Technologies, a leading provider of electronics manufacturing services (EMS), is proud to announce that it has been named the overall winner of the 2026 CIRCUITS ASSEMBLY Service Excellence Award in the category for EMS companies with revenues between $100 million and $500 million. The award was presented on at the PCB West conference in Santa Clara, California earlier this week.
The Service Excellence Awards, now it their 34th year, are presented annually by CIRCUITS ASSEMBLY and recognize EMS providers that demonstrate outstanding customer satisfaction in the following key areas: quality, responsiveness, technology, value for price, and dependability. Winners are determined solely from feedback from actual customers, making the top prize in each category a true reflection of an EMS company’s commitment to service excellence. Winning the overall award precludes a company from winning individual category awards.
