Mack Technologies Wins Top Honors at Circuits Assembly 2015 Service Excellence Awards
Award reflects 10th consecutive year Mack Technologies has been recognized for outstanding customer service
SAN DIEGO, CA, February 24, 2015: Mack Technologies Inc., a leading provider of electronic manufacturing services, was awarded Circuits Assembly magazine’s highest overall Service Excellence Award at the 2015 annual IPC APEX show held in San Diego today. This is the tenth consecutive year that Mack has been recognized by Circuits Assembly as a leader in customer satisfaction and service for Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) providers.
Circuits Assembly solicits direct feedback from entrants’ customers through an independent third party which compiles competition results. Service Excellence Awards (SEAs) are awarded to companies that demonstrate excellence in five critical categories:
- Value for Price
Mack Technologies participates in the EMS category for providers with annual revenues between $100 and $500 million. Mack has now won the overall highest award for seven of the last eight years. Companies that win the highest overall award in their revenue classification are excluded from winning individual sub-category awards for specific portions of customer service and support.
“We are honored to receive this recognition for our efforts to achieve Total Customer Satisfaction" said Will Kendall, President of Mack Technologies. "Mack continually strives to create a company culture of providing world class customer support and execution. Being honored by Circuits Assembly for 10 years in a row demonstrates consistent performance and our commitment to exceed customer expectations. I would like to thank our customers for the continued business and trust they place with Mack Technologies. I would also like to extend my gratitude to the entire Mack Technologies team for consistently focusing on supporting our customers.”
