Business Development Manager

Responsible for development of new customer opportunities within regions of North America. Primary functions include targeting and sourcing new opportunities, successfully securing new customers, and increasing account penetration. Will be required to coordinate pricing and quote activity with internal resources, establish and negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, and assist internal team when launching new customer programs. Position will work with senior management to define company pricing, marketing, and overall corporate strategy. Domestic and international travel required. Sales territory will be in the Midwest USA.

Ideal candidate will be highly motivated with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision. Communication, negotiation, and decision making skills are paramount. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is mandatory. Must have a proven track record of 5+ years in a sales position for manufacturing services.
