Manager of Information Services

Hands-on manager to provide system administration and desktop support for the site including but not limited to terminals, printers and file servers. Develop, test, implement, maintain, backup, and recover software, hardware and network infrastructure. Will act as a primary role for handling calls/requests to the Information Services group help desk function. Assist in the development and management of site information systems and technology expenditures.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Manages and maintains information technology environment, systems and network in accordance with organizational policies and goals.

· Ensures proper functioning of company’s information systems and technology, repairs and make upgrades as necessary.

· Support and assist business operations utilize information systems to improve efficiency.

Qualified candidate will possess extensive and diverse experience with a variety of IS/IT concepts, practices and procedures. Must have excellent time management, vendor and customer management, and solid project management skills. Must have multi-site ERP deployment background, preferably in FOURTH SHIFT.

BS in Computer Science or technical accreditation; and 5+ years relevant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with MAPICS, SFDM and 4th Shift highly preferred.
