Ensure material moves through various production phases to support the production schedule. Monitor production schedules to identify priorities and problems. Assist with resolving line down situations. Report daily build information against plan. Assist in ensuring successful ECO and deviation introduction into manufacturing. Proactively work with Materials Planning and Procurement to review floor material shortages and determine recovery to the plan as required. Keep track of material on the floor by part number, kits run and equipment utilized. Review potential reel changes assisting the SMT operators having the next reel available.
High school diploma/GED with PC skills and 1 year of related experience in a high volume manufacturing environment. Fourth shift or similar MRP system experience a plus.
