Trilogy 5000 increases overall manufacturing productivity and broadens Mack Technologies' added value service offering to its customers
Valor Computerized Systems [FSE: VCR, WKN 928731], the leader in productivity increasing engineering software solutions to the electronics design and manufacturing industry, today announced that Mack Technologies, Inc. a US based Electronics Manufacturing Services provider, successfully deployed Valor's Trilogy 5000 CAD-to-Assembly solution to increase overall manufacturing efficiencies and enhance customer satisfaction.
Trilogy 5000 is in use at Mack Technologies' main production facility in Westford, MA but the planned near term roll out of Trilogy 5000 to Mack Technologies' new production sites in Florida and Mexico emphasizes the excellent return on investment establishing Trilogy 5000 as its corporate-wide NPI (New Product Introduction) solution.

With Trilogy 5000 Mack Technologies is using a fully integrated engineering solution, which is based on a single system to provide measurable downstream benefits throughout the entire CAD to assembly process. Mack Technologies utilizes Trilogy's utmost flexibility in BOM/AVL handling of infinite customer formats coupled with upload-capabilities into Mack Technologies' ERP system for increased procurement efficiencies.
