Manage and/or lead cross-functional operations teams to ensure that our Customers’ product cost, quality and availability goals are achieved. Assist in planning, preparing and organizing customer schedules and insure the proper cross-functional resources are allocated. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to quality, RMA and MRB reporting.
Must have a strong background in supporting a high volume SMT and FA&T manufacturing operations. Experience in an international Contract Manufacturing environment is highly desirable. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have the ability to lead in a multi-tasking, highly dynamic work situation. Must be a hands on, team player with customer interface experience. Outstanding organization skills and an overall knowledge of Purchasing, Engineering and Operations is mandatory. Proven track record of implementing complex projects with cross-functional teams is essential. ISO 9001 background a must.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Masters degree a plus. APICS Certification is desirable; 5+ years experience in a manufacturing environment. Minimum of 3 years experience in a project/program team environment.
