Resolve computer users’ problems by troubleshooting and resolving software, hardware and connectivity problems.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing technical assistance, support and advice to end users for hardware, software and systems.
- Investigating and resolving computer software and hardware problems for user community.
- Troubleshooting issues as first level support for desktop and applications systems.
- Maintaining and supporting all Company computer hardware, i.e. PC’s hub routers, cabling issues and printers.
- Training users on basic desktop applications, i.e. e-mail, MS Office Suite and MRP.
- Assist IT Department in developing, documenting and managing all IS policies and procedures
The qualified candidate will possess strong technical and professional principles and skills. Must work well independently in a fast paced, high tech manufacturing environment with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. LAN/WAN integration knowledge and solid foundation in Internet technologies a must.
AS Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and 1+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
